Landing pages · Funnels · Email sequences · Workflows
Pages, funnels, and the follow-up that runs itself.
I build landing pages, email sequences and automated workflows inside your GoHighLevel account. Based in the Philippines, working your hours.
Working inside your account
What I can take off your hands in GoHighLevel.
You own the account and the data in it. I work inside it, building, fixing and documenting, so you don't have to sit in the workflow builder yourself figuring out why a reminder didn't send.
Pages and funnels, built in your account.
Built in your own GoHighLevel builder, so you can open it any time and change the text yourself.
- Landing pages, lead magnet funnels and application funnels, built mobile-first
- Webinar and event registration pages wired to your calendar and order forms
- Order forms, bumps and upsells connected to your Stripe or PayPal integration
- Existing pages rebuilt when they load slowly or fall apart on a phone
Campaigns your contacts actually receive.
Most email problems start with the setup, not the writing. I check the sending setup before the first campaign goes out.
- Email and SMS campaigns built, scheduled and sent from your sub-account
- Welcome, nurture, reminder and re-engagement sequences, with exit rules so people stop getting emails once they book or buy
- Reusable newsletter and campaign templates, so the next send takes minutes
- List hygiene, segmentation, and the deliverability setup behind it: SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Workflows that do the chasing for you.
The late-night lead, the failed payment, the no-show. These get followed up automatically instead of being forgotten.
- Workflows triggered by form fills, bookings, payments, tags or pipeline moves
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms connected straight into your pipeline, no CSV exports
- Payment, invoice, refund and failed-payment recovery automations
- Zapier or Make bridges to the tools GoHighLevel doesn't reach on its own
Your CRM, in order.
Most accounts I take over were set up quickly and never tidied up. I fix the basics first, because everything you add later depends on them.
- Sub-account setup, users, roles and permissions
- Domain, DNS and email sending configured properly from the start
- Pipelines, stages, custom fields and a tag structure that stays easy to follow
- Cleanup of a messy account: duplicate workflows, unused tags, triggers that no longer do anything
How it works
What a working automation
actually looks like.
This is the kind of automation I build. Click any step to see what happens at that point.
1. Form fill or booking
Every way in lands in the same place, tagged with where it came from. No more "which spreadsheet was that person in?"
- Landing page and webinar registration forms create the contact and tag the source campaign automatically
- Calendar bookings enter the same flow, so a booked call and a form fill are never handled differently
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms sync straight into the pipeline, no CSV exports
- Duplicate detection, so one person doesn't become three records
2. Instant response
Speed to lead is the single highest-leverage automation in the account. A reply inside five minutes changes the conversation entirely.
- SMS and email fire within 60 seconds, day or night
- Message is personalised with their name and the exact thing they asked about
- A task is created for you only if they reply. No noise otherwise
3. Nurture
Most leads aren't ready on day one. The sequence keeps you present without you writing a single email that week.
- A value-first sequence over seven days, built around their actual objection
- Anyone who books drops out of the sequence immediately, so nobody gets sold to twice
- Engagement scoring so your hottest leads surface to the top of the pipeline
4. Books a call
The reminder stack is where most no-shows are actually won or lost.
- Confirmation email plus calendar invite the moment they book
- Reminders at 24 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes, by email and SMS
- Automatic reschedule flow if they cancel, so the lead isn't lost
5. Becomes a client
The handover moment sets the tone for the whole engagement. It should feel effortless.
- Payment triggers onboarding: welcome email, intake form, portal access
- Contact is retagged, moved to the client pipeline, removed from all sales sequences
- Failed-payment recovery sequence so revenue doesn't quietly leak
I write down what I build, so your team can maintain it without me.
Selected work
Real builds. Real numbers.
Click any card for the full story. Client names are only used with permission. Where I don't have it, I describe the business without naming it.
Behind the build
Watch me work.
Short screen recordings of real builds, showing the pages and the workflows behind them.
A paid event, end to end
The registration and checkout page for a live webinar, then the workflow behind it: the wait step, the tagging, and the notification that tells the team as soon as someone pays.
A landing page, top to bottom
A service landing page built in GoHighLevel, from the top section all the way down to the last call to action.
Design
Landing pages I've designed.
Built and laid out in GoHighLevel. Click any one to see the whole page. Faces and client details are blurred where I don't have permission to show them.
Working together
What the first month looks like.
No mystery, no scope creep. You know what happens and when.
Intro call
A 15-minute call about what you need and what your account can already do. No charge and no pitch.
Map
We agree on the flow before anything is built. You see a diagram and approve it first.
Build & test
I build in a test sub-account and run real test contacts through every path, including the ones that fail.
Handover
Written documentation and a walkthrough at handover, plus support while you settle in. You own it and you understand how it works.

About
Hi, I'm Nan Palermo.
I build and run GoHighLevel accounts for coaches and service businesses: landing pages, registration funnels, email sequences, and the workflows behind them. I've been doing this for about two years, working with a small number of clients at a time.
Most of my work is only noticeable when it stops. Reminders that go out on time. Payments that match up. Leads that get a reply while you're asleep. I test the payment steps before anything goes live, and I write down what I build so you're not depending on me to understand your own account.
I'm not an agency. There's no team behind me and your work doesn't get passed to someone else, which is why I keep the client list short. I'm based in the Philippines and I set my hours around my clients. A lot of my time goes into sorting out accounts that were set up in a hurry, and I enjoy that part of the job.
What clients say
In their words.
"You are such an amazing help! Really appreciate how efficient you are. You have helped so much!
"Thank you for a great reel.
Questions
Questions I get asked.
You're based in the Philippines. How does that work?
I set my working hours around yours. Most of my clients so far have been in Australia and New Zealand and the time difference hasn't been a problem. If you're somewhere else, tell me on the call and I'll be clear about the hours I can commit to.
Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?
Yes, and it should be in your name. If you don't have one yet, I can help you pick a plan and set it up. I don't resell access. The account and the data in it stay yours.
What happens if I stop working with you?
You keep everything. The account is yours, and I document what I build so you or someone else can take it over.
How quickly can you start?
I can usually take a call the same week. Build work depends on what I already have on, normally one to two weeks. If you have an event or launch date, tell me on the call and I'll say straight away whether it's realistic.
What do you need from me?
Access to your GoHighLevel account, your logo and brand files, and about an hour in the first week to agree on the plan. After that I need very little from you.
